You’ll find understanding, guidance, empathy, and support when working with me — I’m an Autism Consultant, Additional Support Needs (ASN) Educator, Behaviour Therapist, Sign Language Interpreter, and, most importantly, a fellow parent of an autistic child.
My personal journey into this field began when my own child was diagnosed with autism. That life-changing moment inspired me to leave a successful career in banking and pursue an M.Ed. in Special Education followed by an M.Sc. in Autism from the UK.
Currently, I work in a complex needs secondary school in Scotland, and I also provide consultancy as an Autism and ASN specialist for private companies. My goal is to support children, young people, and families through a compassionate, practical, and evidence-based approach.
As a parent, I truly understand the emotional and practical challenges that come with raising a neurodivergent child. I’m here to walk alongside you — offering not only professional guidance but also heartfelt empathy and encouragement — to help you feel more empowered, informed, and supported on your journey.

- Online therapy and Parental counselling sessions tailored to individual needs
- Autism and ASN consultancy for private organisations and schools
- Parent coaching and guidance through the screening and early intervention process
- Development of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and designing home plans
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
- Creating and implementing Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- British and Pakistan Sign language support and interpretation
- Using Makaton and Visuals to support communication, where needed.
- Training workshops and awareness sessions for parents, professionals, and organisations
- International conference presentations on autism inclusion and support
